HI! I'm Danielle(she/her) - wife - mama to 4 little ones - restful sleep enthusiast (for kiddos and adults) and certified pediatric sleep consultant. Having 4 kiddos close in age, I knew *good* sleep was going to be crucial for both me and my husband to be the best versions of ourselves for our kids. Once we had our last child in 2021, I knew that I wanted to start my journey to help other parents and caregivers! I am passionate about empowering exhausted families who are ready to prioritize sleep by giving them the support that they deserve and the rest that they need to be the best version of themselves for their children, partners and themselves! I help families with newborns, infants, toddlers and preschoolers have restful nights. Having a solid foundation for sleep and knowing that your little one and you can be well rested helps in all aspects of our day to day lives. Every sleep journey is different, I work with families to meet them where they are to help their littles one sleep in an impactful way.
In the beginning of 2022, I embarked on my certification and received my full certification in April of 2022 through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. While studying, I also helped families with one-on-one support to further my knowledge. I am also currently in the process of receiving my Special Needs Sleep Certification which will be completed in June. I am originally from New Jersey but am currently residing in Colorado with my husband and our four daughters. Outside of sleep, I love to travel, spend time near water, cooking and spending time quality time with my family.
Natalie Viragh(she/her), Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and owner of Little Victories Sleep, specializing in restful sleep in children 4 months–5 years. After spending most of COVID pregnant and working through her own family sleep hurdles, she found a passion for the science behind gentle sleep strategies to great sleep.
Prior to starting her own business, Natalie spent her career building and supporting communities in a variety of spaces. She understands each person’s journey is different and works to meet families where they are.
Outside of her qualifications through her formal sleep training through The Family Sleep Institute, her two little ones (13 months apart) are her greatest example of how restorative sleep positively impacts the whole family.
