DBT Skills Group
Join us on Thursday's from 12-2 beginning September 17th for our Virtual DBT Skills Group. This group is open to adults 18 and older. Commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Kaiser are accepted for this group. Private pay rates and sliding scale is available. Each group section will be offered in 8-week intervals. Participants do not have to participate in all 3 sections but it is encouraged.
