Kimberly(she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in perinatal mental health care. Originally from Long Island, New York, she began her career in Florida, where she spent over a decade in emergency medicine—first as an EMT and then as a registered nurse caring for both pediatric and adult patients. This experience shaped her ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while providing deeply compassionate, patient-centered care.
Now based in Colorado, Kimberly serves as a primary prescriber with a heartfelt dedication to supporting individuals and families through the prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum journey. As a mother of three, she understands firsthand the emotional highs, challenges, and transitions that come with bringing a child into the world. She recognizes that while this season can be joyful, it can also feel overwhelming—and believes that no parent should have to navigate it alone.
Kimberly is especially passionate about creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where mothers, fathers, and families feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She works collaboratively with therapists and other providers to ensure each family receives thoughtful, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. She is committed to continuing her education and plans to pursue certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
Outside of her clinical work, Kimberly cherishes time with her husband—a first responder of over 10 years—their three children, and their three dogs. As a family, they love exploring Colorado, making lasting memories, and cheering on their son, who is a passionate hockey player competing in a 10U division.

Marrisa (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. Her diverse professional background has shaped her passion for supporting women’s mental health, particularly in reproductive and fertility care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and began her career studying animal behavior in the Behavioral Department at the Denver Zoo. While she valued this experience, she felt called to pursue nursing as a long-term path. She went on to work for six years as a mother/baby and transition nursery nurse, followed by another six years in aesthetic nursing.
Her career took a pivotal turn when she was recruited to join the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine as an IVF Nurse Coordinator. Over the next seven years, she had the opportunity to lead a team of IVF nurses at a world-renowned fertility clinic. During this time, she recognized a critical gap in mental health support for fertility patients, inspiring her to advance her training and specialize in psychiatric care.
Marrisa is deeply committed to supporting women through their unique journeys to motherhood, wherever that path may lead. She brings compassion, insight, and a patient-centered approach to her work.
Outside of her clinical practice, Marrisa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children—three daughters and a son—as well as their Doberman, who firmly believes he is the baby of the family. In her free time, she loves traveling, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects.
