Dr. Jarina Kong, or Dr. J, is a compassionate and dedicated Chiropractor specializing in providing exceptional care for new mothers and their families in Castle Rock and surrounding area. Originally from sunny California, Dr. J discovered her passion for promoting health and wellness during her formative years. Seeking a close-knit community and a commitment to family values, she ventured to the University of Nevada, Reno, where she pursued her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Sciences.
Driven by her unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality care, Dr. J continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, West, located in San Jose, California. With a focus on empowering and supporting new mothers, she excelled in her studies and achieved her doctorate in chiropractic care.
Inspired by the welcoming environment and breathtaking landscapes, Dr. J, along with her husband Charles and their beloved golden retriever Eleanor (also known as Ellie), decided to make Colorado their new home. They are excited to grow in this community and enjoy everything Colorado has to provide. Marie(she/her) specializes in the holistic treatment of women’s health disorders. Her practice includes women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, labor and postpartum. She brings years of clinical experience to her practice and strongly believes in the integration of Eastern and Western medicine to treat the complexity of female reproductive disorders.
Marie is a graduate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego where she earned a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM). She is board certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is state certified in Colorado and by by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) in Clean Needle Technique.
Marie has received advanced, post-graduate training in reproductive health, obstetrics and gynecology. Additionally, she has received extensive training in functional medicine from the Functional Medicine University.
She has a BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University and integrates her background in psychology in her therapeutic treatments and individualized care for each patient. Marie is extremely passionate about educating and empowering woman to heal and understand their gynecology and fertility from a position of self awareness, advocacy and observation.
