Esther Terpenning, MFTC (she/her) is a couples and individual therapist in Colorado. After a first career as a high school music teacher, she went back to school and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Denver Family Institute. She also has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, has trained as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and is currently working on completing her Postpartum Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
Esther loves to work with couples and has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She uses EFT to help couples who love one another deeply, yet feel like they are missing each other. Her approach is nurturing, compassionate, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She has a particular interest in helping parents of young children and pregnant and postpartum couples navigate the challenges that come with life with kids.
Esther brings her personal and professional experience to her work with individuals as well. She’s passionate about working with pregnant and postpartum folks to help them navigate the many challenges and transitions that come with this time in life. She also brings her experience with intuitive eating and body image healing to her work with individuals. She especially loves working with peripartum moms and parents who want to stop the cycle of dieting in their families and raise kids who are confident around food and love their bodies.
In her spare time, Esther enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, running and playing Irish Traditional Music.

Tina's passion for mental health during the perinatal period was ignited by her personal experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, fueling her commitment to supporting families and facilitating women's transitions into parenthood.
Tina practices in a culturally and spiritually responsive way and is affirming of the needs of marginalized identities in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people. Tina leans to systemic, humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapeutic models. Tina has two kids, has been married for 12+ years, lives with a menagerie of animals, and LOVES to dance. Emily is a systemic, relationally focused therapist who strives to help all clients reach their goals through a compassionate, strength-based approach. She often incorporates Attachment Theory, EFT, Narrative, and other Trauma-informed modalities in her work to best support and serve her clients needs. Emily strives to make therapy feel safe for her clients while gently guiding them through some of their deepest hurts and biggest triumphs. She believes the therapy room is a place for clients to begin again in ways they knew were possible.
